A prominent Nairobi advocate has lambasted NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga for “failing” his supporters and for losing the election to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Lawyer Nelson Havi accused Raila of poor organization during the election which he says cost him the presidency. 

He also asked the Opposition leader to conceded defeat and not to bother to go to court as he would lose terribly. 

“He undertook to protect our votes with a parallel Tallying Centre. He failed to do so. We have not seen any results, two days after the close of poll. We have to make do with those given by IEBC. Raila and his command team has failed us. There were no agents to monitor the counting of votes and forward Forms 34A and Forms 34B to the Tallying Center, if at all there was any. That is the hard truth, upon self-assessment. I experienced it in my polling station and constituency,” he said.
