National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders have declared that they will not go to court to dispute the presidential results which place President Uhuru Kenyatta in the lead.

Speaking at IEBC’s tallying centre at Bomas of Kenya, the NASA leaders expressed dissatisfaction with how the electoral body had addressed their grievances.


They declared that they would not be part of the presidential results and would not go to court since the Commission had not taken action regarding a number of complaints raised.

“The court is not an alternative because we have been there before and we know how that will go,” Senator James Orengo declared.

He added that the words of the popular song Vindu Vichenjanga (things change) which was used in NASA campaigns were now rendered useless with the announcement by the IEBC chairman.
