Dagoretti North Member of Parliament, Simba Arati, caused commotion yesterday at IEBC headquarters over allegations of doctoring of Forms 34As and Bs.

Arati stormed the Anniversary Towers which houses the IEBC offices following a wind of illegal activities ahead of the NASA petition challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election.


Arati got wind that IEBC officials were holed up atthe Anniversary Towers and were in the process of making changes to form 34As and interrupted them to stop the illegal activities.

According to Arati, Form 34As from 290 constituencies were being doctored by IEBC’s ICT experts before being uploaded to the public portal.

“I received information from a very reliable source of criminal activities happening here and I came to confirm,’’ Arati told journalists.

‘’The team told us they were just verifying the information to ensure they matched with what is uploaded, but we know they are hiding the truth,’’ he added.
