The NASA case is based on allegations that the IEBC system was hacked to manipulate the results in favour of President Kenyatta.
The Nation reports that Siaya Senator James Orengo, who is set to retain his seat after he won the election, is working on the NASA case.
Earlier on, at a press conference, NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga claimed that hackers gained entry into the IEBC system on Tuesday at around 12.40pm.
Odinga stated that the hackers accessed the system through passwords that were obtained from the late IEBC ICT boss Chris Msando.
