An IEBC commissioner was detained at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on Tuesday evening while on her way to the US to attend an official function.
The commissioner, Dr Rosylene Akombe, was en route to New York when she was ordered out of her plane reportedly on instructions from the State.
