Police are investigating the death of an Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) officer who was killed and dumped near her home in Ugenya, Siaya County.
Caroline Odinga’s body was found near her home on Saturday, August 19 morning but police have not yet shared any further information about the mysterious death.
Nationewspaper.info has reliably learnt that Odinga was a high school teacher in the area.
IEBC has not reacted to the death so far but have denied that Siaya’s returning officer, Ruth Kulundu, is dead. Earlier reports claimed that her body had been discovered in a farm.
