Kenyans knew about the plight of 21 year old Forence Owiti Opiyo when his photos went viral after they were posted on Facebook sometimes in September 2016.

Forence’s g3n!tals had swollen to ten times the average size of a normal m@nh00d. The young man could not wear normal trousers since his p3n!s would not fit into the garments, he also had difficulty walking normally.

Olivia Raguma, the wife of Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma, responded to Forence’s plea for help after his photos were shared on social media by a concerned neighbor.

Kisumu First Lady offered financial assistance to cater for Florence’s surgery at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in the lakeside city.
